And, with all the information technology ambiance, two retail outlets have been constructed as a model in Sivakasi itself that is open all through the year and given a new scope on Online order processing (WEB & WAP), Mobile ordering (SMS) and OMR scanning facilities.

Vadivel Fireworks Agencies Terms and Conditions

Here are our minimum requirements for our Franchised Business:

1) Franchisee should sign an agreement with the Franchisor for a 5 year contract to sell only Vadivel products.

2) Franchisee should get the local Collectorate's approved License FORM 24 (from revenue department) as per Law under the Franchisor's guidance.

3) Franchisee should run the franchised retail outlet all round the year except for the Indian Government approved holidays and/or local, seasonal holidays.

4) Franchisee should deposit a onetime non refundable Franchisor fee.

5) Franchisee should take care of all interior and decoration work while the Franchisor shall do the exterior work and assist in online software requirement.

6) The highest turnover Franchisee shall be rewarded annually.
